On Friday, I officially completed my first German course. Can't believe it has already been a month. Now I am planning on doing the second course on my own. It is a little expensive so this next one would be the one to skip since it is another basic one. I can say a few sentences dealing with ordering and finding things in stores. Kind of fun to practice but I do have to force myself. I can say that I am understanding it and reading it better now though. Seems a bit neverending and hopeless at times but I guess I always expect more of myself and need to give myself a little break. I can't really expect to be fluent in 4 weeks :) That would be nice though! I have attached a pic of my last day of class. There are a few of my classmates missing but this is the majority. Was fun to meet some new people that were in the same boat. Not all spoke English though so it was interesting trying to communicate in strictly German.
